Regular members are physical or legal persons supporting the Austrian Caricature Association by cash or in kind. Furthermore, they have the active and passive right to vote at the general meeting. Regular members execute their right within the general meeting. All members have the right of using the facilities of the association. They are bound to safeguard the interests of the Austrian Caricature Association as stated in the charter, pay the membership fees on time and follow the resolutions of its institution. The members have to omit actions, which could be detrimental to the association (for more details see the statute of the association).
